Substantial base
The box is surprisingly heavy. The base is the heaviest part by far but it’s solid and will not wander from you put it. The mounts can be situated however you need. The height is somewhat adjustable and the clamps are tight. I can’t say enough good things about it.

finally a stand that lets you point downward
After an extensive search, I found this stand to be the _only_ stand where you can point the iPad downwards, which is what I really needed. This stand is useful when you want to do a skype call and show your baby crawling around to the grandparents. It’s heavy enough that an iPad Air 2 doesn’t tip the stand as long as you have the ipad somewhat pointing forward. It tips over if you try to point the iPad 90 degrees to the left or right (I did not expect that to work given the design of the feet, but it’s an FYI to anyone reading this). The springs that clamp iPad are VERY strong. There’s no way any tablet would fall off or slide off. I docked one star off because the arm screws into the base and it keeps unscrewing itself as you try to bend the arm. There should have been some sort of nut at the bottom of the arm so that you could tighten it independently from the arm. Overall, it’s a great product and reasonably priced.

Not suitable for air-travel – fab otherwise
1 star for air travel5 stars for useI bought this for work as it doesn’t take up a lot of space, you can take it apart, pack in small space and bend the neck to whatever hight or angle you wish. And for that it was great when I was staying locally for work.However for air-travel when you are just traveling with hand-luggage (which I always travel without) it’s useless for the simple reason, the foot is made entirely of metal. I hadn’t realised that, if I had I wouldn’t have bought it becuae as soon as it when through the xray machine it was taken away and I was told I had to check it in or lose it.Still, it’ll become my home iPad stand now.

After a trip to the hardware store for the correct diameter screws, it seem to work fine. The screws for the flexible joints were to small and would not tighten, I carried an arm to the hardware store and found the right size screws and everything tightened up nicely.

Very Sturdy Wellbuilt Adjustible Tablet Holder
I use this stand to hold my tablet that I use to read my music from. This stand is very sturdy and solid. The base is solid metal so the weigh of the tablet will not tip the stand. I use it for a Samsung Galaxy Note Pro 12″ with no problems. I would highly recommend this product.

Solid build, great price!
The base is actually made of steel which gives it plenty of heft. I was able to mount my 10″ Galaxy tablet using the included clips. The holder is spring loaded so it clamps down and hold the tablet tight. The mounting clips can slide, so you can position them around any buttons or ports. The goose neck isn’t hard to adjust and holds its position.
