How to fill the tank with liquid soap?
1. Open the battery compartment.
2. Put the battery into the battery compartment, 4*AA Alkaline batteries (not included) are required, check “+” and “-” symbols of battery and soap dispenser to install correctly.
3. Open the liquid tank cover.
4. Pour the desired amount of liquid soap into the tank.
Note: Do not overfill the tank.
5. Turn on the soap dispenser by pressing the “+” button 2 seconds, green light on.
6. Place your hand under the sensor, the dispenser works.

Warm Tips:
1. Please use liquid soaps with a low concentration of alcohol and non-foaming liquids, too thick soaps need to be diluted with an appropriate amount of water so that the unit can work normally.
2. Please sense the touchless soap dispenser 2-3 times to let it work when using it for the first time.
3. It’s better to use your hands or light-colored sponges to activate the sensor of the automatic soap dispenser.
4. Before cleaning the tank, liquid outlet, or motion sensor, remember to turn off the soap dispenser first.
5. Please take out the battery if long time no use.

I was surprised to hear that some people were unhappy with this dispenser. I have been very pleased with it for a few years now, using it as a dish soap dispenser. Recently, I purchased a second one as a matching hand soap dispenser for my kitchen. It has a clean, stylish, and functional design. You can control the amount of product dispensed, and most importantly, there is no dripping or mess after it is done. Worked great, until…
Bought in March 2023, stopped working Jan 1, 2025. While it worked, a couple of things-soap only dispensed into my hand or a sponge. If I didn’t need to use a sponge and just needed soap in a pot to soak, I would hold a utensil under it, and it would not dispense. Then I’d have to hold my hand under it to get the soap out and run it under water. No biggie, just more information for someone. Batteries lasted a long time between changes.

I have purchased 3 of these soap dispensers and in general they work really well. The sensors work well and you can choose different amounts of liquid to dispense each time. They also look very nice.What really impresses me about this company is the customer service. After about 2 years, 2 of our 3 dispensers stopped pumping soap. I contacted the company to ask if they have a replacement policy that covers this issue, and their customer service has been 5/5 stars. They are quick, friendly, dedicated to resolve the issue, and assured me that they would help to troubleshoot the units or replace they if the troubleshooting did not solve the issue.
