Anxiety relief is very important and I’m happy to say that I really enjoy this product a lot more than I thought I would. Heavy traffic isn’t such an issue now because this necklace helps me breathe through it and get home safely. Made of a high quality metal, this beautiful necklace has a rainbow appearance in color and it’s just happy to look at. It’s highly functional and I’ve gotten a lot of use from it. Good value for the money and it’s pretty to look at. I recommend

So pretty and works well
It is so pretty and works. It definitely helps with anxiety and brings awareness to your breath. Works exactly as it is meant to, at least, once I learned how to use it, which is not to assist with breathing as I thought, but to slow down your out-breath, which activates a calming of the nervous system—something we tend not to do when stressed, or anxious, or at any time really. I also used to be a smoker, and I think this would have really helped when I was trying to quit. It really creates the same draw feeling as a cigarette to give you that physical satiation to alleviate some of the withdrawals.

Transformative Calm
I have been wearing the LYTUTUBB Breathing Necklace for 5 days now, and it’s hard to believe how a tiny 2-inch tube can make such a significant difference. I suffer from severe anxiety, and I find myself either breathing shallow or holding my breath countless times throughout the day. The breathing necklace has helped to reduce my anxiety when it spikes and has improved my breathing overall. Very pretty and effective
This came packaged very nicely and could easily be given as a gift. The color is nice and the weight is pretty substantial for such a small piece. The hole that you breathe through is pretty small, but maybe that’s intentional as it significantly slowed down my breathing. I found it difficult to breathe comfortably but apparently I’m doing this whole breathing thing wrong…It was very helpful for my son when I wanted him to calm down. Although, it looks like you’re vaping or something so idk if I’d use it in public, let alone my 3yo! But it’s very pretty and effective. It’s like a fidget toy for an anxious person.

Pretty but Ineffective
I was really looking forward to this breathing necklace, but unfortunately, it didn’t meet my expectations. It doesn’t feel like it does anything at all to help with breathing or relaxation, which was the whole reason I got it.The only positive is that it’s pretty, and the rainbow color is nice. Beyond that, it just wasn’t worth the wait. Disappointed overall and wouldn’t recommend.

Cute and worth it
Calming and relaxing. Helps with anxiety and stress because it takes your mind off of what is bothering you and focusing on blowing. The deep breaths cause a reaction in the brain to calm down. Worth it
