In a quick, snappy style that’s is easy to understand – without getting too technical and scientific – Murray explains the what and why of sleep disorders and how to overcome them. Murray explores what happens when we sleep, why we sleep, how seep rebuilds the brain, and many of the health problems caused by sleep deprivation and oversleeping. And she lists ways to overcome the problems.This reviewer suffered from sleep deprivation for decades, had many of the symptoms listed, had suffered a series of cardiac episodes that resulted in a sleep study and the diagnosis of sleep apnea.
