When compared to other magnetic stands or car mounts, this one doesn’t hold items as securely. The centerpiece tends to come out too easily, which can be frustrating.- Rotating Centerpiece: The rotating mechanism is a bit too loose. While it allows for flexibility, it spins too freely, making it challenging to adjust with one hand. I often find myself needing both hands to stabilize the stand while sliding a finger to adjust the angle.- One-Handed Use: The design could be improved to make one-handed operation easier. Cheap, arrived defective, falls apart, painful and uncomfortable
I’m a level 3 cnc machinist specializing on Swiss lathes. I work in tolerances of X +/- 0.0003. I make medical (acumed, Medtronic), even random stuff for Garmin, Honeywell, Blueorigin… sooo many random companies.See the video.On a smaller phone like iPhone 13mini this feels comfortable. On my iPhone 16pro it hurts my thumb and makes my hands have to stretch.Cons1. Uncomfortable. Hand has to stretch to touch bottom of screen.2. Hard to get finger under elastic band.3. Outer ring/phone stand will definitely break, very cheaply made.4. Again, CHEAPLY MADE!! This is definitely not designed to last.5. Inner ring falls out, so if you take it off, chances are the inner elastic band will separate.6. Elastic band is plastic and EXTREMELY cheaply made.7. QC is horrible at this company! One replacement ring sits in holder better than the other.It’s plastic and cheap aluminum guys. This stuff holds tolerances for months without changing a tool. Zero excuse.Save your money.

A bit of a letdown for the price point
I so excited when found this! A MagSafe finger holder thingy that you can keep on your phone while charging! No more taking off my holder in order to charge and then forgetting or losing it! (I’m a scatterbrained individual, don’t judge 😆) so this was going to be GREAT! The stand is perfect, works brilliantly and the magnet connection is strong. I don’t love the effort it takes to get my finger in the stretchy strap, but I was willing to overlook that. I mean, I was going to be able to charge through the device, so I was still thrilled. Then, after finding my phone completely out of juice after charging a few mornings, I realized that after being connected to the MagSafe charger for a few minutes, it stops charging. In fact, it makes the charger stop working completely until you disconnect and reconnect from the power source. I was so happy with the promise of convenience, but now I’m typing this on a phone with no holder because once again I’m back to losing it or leaving it lie beside the charger. Two stars, for the stand and magnet hold.

I reviewed this as 5 stars when I first received it. Loved the thin profile. Bought it in Oct 2024 last year and as of today, 14th January 2025, approximately 3 months of usage, the elastic band broke when I used it. Thankfully my phone was only a few cm off my desk and didn’t suffer any major damage. Had I known it’s constructed so poorly, I wouldn’t have purchased this. It’s not worth it at all for this price
