Fun Quick Game for a Party
Have been wanting a copy of this game to have on hand for group events. The quality of the game cards is nice, and as a small box game it is easy to toss in a tote bag and take to family gatherings, holiday parties and the like. It’s a quick game that serves as a good filler activity if there is a lull in the conversation, or as an ice breaker if the people attending the event haven’t socialized together before. My family (which includes six kids from 17 down to 7) loves this game.It is a fast-paced, frantic, chaotic, energy-filled 90 seconds of hilarious mayhem.The aim of the game is to be the first person to discard all of your cards. To do this you have to find someone with the same card and complete the action that card shows. Of course, since everyone is trying to find a person with a matching and at the same time you have to be very loud to find someone. The first time we played our 3 year old golden retriever went nuts and tried to jump on the dining table because of the ruckus we were creating! We also play a silent version where you can only communicate through motions to find someone with a matching card. Both ways are loads of fun.Being a competent reader is necessary for this game. The words on the cards aren’t difficult, but you need to be able to read them quickly in order to really play. You also need to be able to have fun in chaos and noise. If either of those drive you nuts, this is not the game for you; even the silent way to play is full of chaos.Fast gameplay (literally 90 second games sometimes), high re-playability, high energy, and lots of interaction makes Happy Salmon one of our family’s favorite games!

This game is super fast-paced, extremely loud, and is guaranteed to bring a lot of laughter to your family. Our kids are nine and 10, and we love this game! It is a super fast game, so each round might take 2 to 5 minutes. It usually errs on the side of less time. Overall, it is super simple to play, very fun, and excellent for family time!

Fun Game!
If you want chaos, this is it. Prepare to scream from the top of your lungs and have fun. Very simple to learn this game. The kids and adults all love this game. The pacing of this game is pretty quick, so everyone might get tired playing after a few rounds. Only downside is that this game doesn’t last more than an hour at best for the family. We tend to enjoy board games that stretch a bit longer in time.

A friend brought this to my 50th birthday party and we had fun playing it together. I bought this set to play with my niece (6) and nephew (4). You don’t have to be able to read and the more people playing the more fun it is. Fast paced fun, the game is over before you know it but gets your heart pumping and lots of laughter. Have recommended it to others who need card game fun for littles.

Questo gioco di società è stata una sorpresa assolutamente positiva! È davvero semplice da imparare, tanto che abbiamo iniziato a giocare dopo pochi minuti senza doverci perdere in lunghe spiegazioni. È perfetto per serate in famiglia o con gli amici, perché riesce a coinvolgere tutti, anche chi di solito non ama i giochi di società. La cosa migliore è sicuramente il livello di divertimento: risate assicurate dall’inizio alla fine, soprattutto grazie a qualche situazione imprevedibile che si crea durante il gioco. Non c’è bisogno di essere particolarmente strategici, ed è proprio questo che lo rende così leggero e rilassante. I turni sono veloci, quindi nessuno rimane troppo tempo fermo a guardare, e questo lo rende ideale anche per i più impazienti. Materiali di buona qualità, le carte e i componenti resistono bene anche dopo diverse partite. Se devo trovare un difetto, forse alla lunga potrebbe risultare un po’ ripetitivo, ma per ora lo stiamo adorando e non ci stanca mai. Lo consiglio assolutamente per chi cerca qualcosa di semplice, immediato e super divertente!

Really funny game, especially when played by a bunch of drunk adults on NYE! Quick to understand the rules, only takes minutes for each round and you can play as many times as you like. Think this would be great for all ages.
