(DUNE) Lovely coverage and perfect light to medium shade
Love this product already. I previously bought a non toxic expensive foundation that is nice on me but is chalky and does really dry my skin out at the end of the day, leaving flaky skin in places. I have combo to oily skin most of the time so normally go for a matte product but needed to try something more moisturizing. This is it! It doesn’t make your skin feel dry or greasy either. If you’re used to a matte product however, the dewy complexion might be something to get used to. It’s not oily looking though, just a nice healthy glow. It is light to medium coverage as well. Not super sheer but not as covered as a foundation so may need concealer still if you’re looking for blemish coverage.DUNE- Light to Medium was a perfect shade for me! I have a beige complexion, not ever a true medium or tan unless I get a ton of sun, and usually wear a foundation color called “natural beige” or something of the light-medium sort. This color fell exactly in the right description, despite others saying it was too dark. It is not a medium for sure, but a great light-medium. If you’re not beige but have fair skin, go for one of the lighter options labeled fair or ivory. This one seems to be a good neutral color, not orange or weirdly pink.Highly recommend and will buy again!! Love Honest products!

A little goes a long way
I like what honest beauty stands for and have been trying out a bunch of their products to find out what works for me. I am not someone who wears a lot of makeup but wanted to try this out just to have in my arsenal. Sunscreen plus moisturizing benefits, with tinted coverage? I’m all about fewer steps in my morning routine.Color: My skin tone is pretty close to Jessica Alba’s, so based on other reviews noting that these tend to run dark I determined I was between fair and light. Ended up getting fair and now use this product as concealer to lighten and color correct my dark circles. I could probably get away with light for the rest of my face in the summer. Fair works great for me for concealer, and I love it.Size: At first I was disappointed when the product arrived and I realized it’s a decently small tube – especially considering it’s supposed to be used for the whole face, not just undereyes – but I quickly learned a little goes a long, long way. I use a half pump to cover my undereyes, so the tube will last me a long time.Consistency/Coverage: I would say the consistency is thinner and lighter than I expected, and it looks pretty dewy on the skin. Gotta give it a little time to soak in, and throw some powder on if you don’t want to be too dewy/if you don’t want it to crease. It’s not totally full coverage, but I can easily build it up with another layer for when I want to wear more makeup than my regular everyday. Goes onto the skin easily with my fingers, it can really melt in. Love that I still look like a human and not an airbrushed doll. Works like a charm. When I first started using the product, it would pill on my skin, but I quickly realized I was simply not prepping my skin the right way – it doesn’t go well onto dry skin. We all should be moisturizing before makeup, anyway 🙂 Ever since I figured that out, it works like a charm.Overall: I love that I feel like I’m putting extra sunscreen protection on my sensitive undereye areas in addition to simply covering those dark circles. Apparently there’s also vitamin C in it, but I don’t think there’s much, so just a small added bonus. Surprisingly great value. Thanks again, honest beauty!

Perfect alternative to foundation
I’m very impressed with this tinted moisturizer. It’s lightweight and blends easily. The color match is spot-on. It provides enough coverage to even out my skintone without smothering my skin. It looks and feels totally natural. As someone who hates makeup and multi-step skincare routines (I mean seriously, should we reallt have to slather 10 products on our faces every day?), this is the perfect one-and-done product for me.That said, I’ve used lots of products that seemed great at first but ended up causing breakouts. So, I can’t give it a perfect score until I know how it affects my skin over time. But so far, I’m happy with this formula!

Works great for sensitive skin.
Love this tinted moisturizer. I use it as my foundation on days where I want a more natural look. It is lightweight and applies so smoothly. Bonus is that it contains sunscreen. I have very sensitive skin so it is difficult to find products that do not cause a skin reaction. I have found the Honest brand works great for this.

Runs easily on application
Applies on thin, spread on thick. It feels light once you Carefully apply in its totality, but the process feels oily and greasy. I have gotten it on many shirts as I get more accustomed to its application and how runny it is initially. I’m not really a huge fan of how it feels but I suppose it does have good coverage and my skin has been happy with how it feels. No breakouts etc.

I was a bit skeptical about getting it as the shade range is really bad. I watched a lot of youtube videos and realized that even Fair seems dark. but a lot of reviews also mentioned that once it’s blended in, it’s ok. Being a light skin myself, i thought maybe to give it a try. I’m glad I did! love this tinted moisturizer. it’s moisturizing enough for my dry skin and also, the tone is not that bad. Once blended out, my skin looks good! it lasts a pretty good time too, without looking cakey and dry. good buy!
