Holes are upside down!
These are made great, but the holes are on the bottom and not the top like others, if you flip them around for them to be “right side up”, then the state stickers cannot be seen!

Overall quality is good
Installation is easy. The appearance looks great. Only downfall is the missing plastic piece that it came with but other than that i like it. If it arrived in complete pieces i would’ve gave it 5 star.
