A Great Kit for Kiddos
I’m the cook in my family and prepare breakfast every morning while my wife gets ready for work. During this time, our toddler loves to join me in the kitchen, standing in his toddler tower and wanting to be part of the action. I ordered this set so he could start cutting (or smashing) his own banana in the mornings. The knives are definitely kid-safe—they’re not sharp, small enough for little hands, and easy to handle. However, the included cutting board is flimsy. While it’s usable, we don’t bother with it. As for the other accessories, my son is still too young to use them, and I honestly don’t have a need for cutting fruit into random shapes. It feels like the manufacturer added these extras just to make the kit more appealing, even though they’re unlikely to see much use.If you’re considering this set, buy it for the knives and expect the rest to end up in the clutter drawer. For what it’s worth, my son loves having his own tools, and the knives have been a great addition to our morning routine.

Good Quality and Price
My child is 16mo old. Unfortunately I haven’t let him use it yet because I haven’t made time to supervise as I feel like even though it’s “kid” friendly still seems sharp, especially the crinkle cutter.Pro’s:- all plastic pieces (knives and cutting board) are sturdy and solid.- handles to knives have good grips, easy to hold by a young child. The knives will cut through softer items, but I’d be nervous leaving my 16mo to try to saw through something harder with plastic knives.- practical and great to learn real life skills- the wood cutter I feel very comfortable with, even harder pieces- the small cookie cutters are cute, can’t wait to use them- size of cutting board and utensils are a good side for a baby.Con’s:- need wood oil to ensure longevity- I would set the crinkle cutter too the side, very sharp since metal- small prong things seem like a choking hazard

Terrified to put a knife in your kids hand? This is a game changer.
My six year old started school this year, and they have a program where they bring the kids into the kitchen and teach them about food safety and preparation, which has stirred in her a keen interest in cooking. She’s got ADHD and, like most kids, can be unpredictable at the best of times. These kid safe kitchen utensils are a great way to introduce her to such items safety without the added concern of injury. We use them weekly and it makes her feel like a big kid. Cannot recommend highly enough.
