Relaxation Perfection
I bought this cd set to help me relax and release tension as i am recovering from an Ischemic stroke. I play this cd and lay down I fall asleep like a baby. My body feels limber and I love this as I take a holistic approach to my recovery. I wish everyone could get this cd and just sit back and close there eyes! you are so worth the special time.

Not all Green Noise. Volume varies. Was not sleep-inducing for recipient.
This CD showed up when I searched Amazon for “green noise”. Turns out it was very soft green noise interspersed with louder and beautiful music. It did not induce sleep for the recipient of this gift due to the volume changes. It possibly could for others because this person is a fitful sleeper.
