This is my 4th foray into the world of sleeping headphones, but the first in a sleep mask. The beanies and headbands were too restrictive, so I’d take the speakers out and put them under my pillowcase, where I’d eventually destroy the wires in my sleep. No more!Since I began wearing these roughly ten nights ago, I’ve been able to fall asleep easier, and stay asleep easier. My husband has noticed that I don’t stir nearly as much when he tosses and turns, or just comes to bed late. I feel better rested in the morning, and have even slept in on multiple mornings (something I haven’t often managed to do in years). They are not noise canceling, but they do dampen the surrounding noises a little by nature of covering your ears and piping your choice of sounds into them.Pros:~ Very comfortable and soft against the face~ Adjustable – this was super important to me. I hate having anything tight to my face or head while I sleep. I tend to wear this loosely. It’s just tight enough not to come off my head, and I don’t wake up feeling trapped and blind, because I leave enough room for a sliver of light. I LOVE this.~ Good sound for speaking voices. I haven’t used this for music, I use it for shows, audiobooks, and the sound of rain. At roughly $20, I’m pleased with the sound. The voices are warm and intimate in my ears, like a parent reading me to sleep as a child. It’s comforting. I love the Calm App’s Bedtime stories. This works well with them.~ Good battery life. It lasts the whole night, even if I put it on early and wear it has a headband to listen to things before heading to bed.~ No high pitched whine. Many of the low price point headphones have an uncomfortable high pitched sound, which can interfere with sleep. These do not, except in the voice recording that says, “Pairing”.~ Doesn’t screw up my hair. It’s nice not to wake up with hat hair, or headband hair. Come to think of it, I don’t even think I have problems with my morning cowlick since I started wearing these to bed.~ Good for side sleepers. Th others I’ve tried ended up hurting my ears when I slept on my side. These do not.Cons~ I like the “Power on,” and “Power off,” voice, but for some reason, the recording that says “Pairing” sounds like Julia Sweeney as Pat (SNL, early to mid 90’s) speaking into a bad mic. It’s literally one second of my night though…not enough to knock off a star.

Sleep in sounds and darkness
These are amazing! Very comfortable and the sound isn’t bad either. The eye cover is recessed, so it doesn’t press against your eyelids as you sleep. It CAN occasionally get a little uncomfortable if your ear lays just so on the speaker on either side, but most of the time, it isn’t an issue. Highly recommended if you like it pitch dark or plan on sleeping in late the next day and don’t want the sun to wake you before you’re ready. Or if you want to disappear into some music or ambient sounds while you shut out the world, these are great!

Works great!
I have been using this music cozy for 9 months now. I use it every night, practically all night long. I have great difficulty sleeping so I was looking for headphones that I could wear to bed, but would be comfortable on my ears, as I am a side sleeper. This absolutely fits the bill! I love my music cozy. It is an eye mask and head set all in one. It blocks out the light while I listen to audio books all through the night. I don’t even realize when I drift off to sleep. I definitely recommend this product. If this one ever wears out, I will definitely be buying another one. Absolutely addicted!

me compré esta máscara porque quería dormir con música pero no podía porque no duermo sola.Me sorprendió muchísimo. Busqué mucho cuál sería mi mejor opción y aunque esta no es la más barata del mercado, sí considero que valió la pena cada peso que pagué por ella.Obvio hay otras más caras que seguro tienen mejor calidad de sonido pero su calidad es suficientemente bueno para mi gusto (suena bastante bien), tiene muy buen volumen y es cómoda para dormir.Lo único malo es que no es fácil de lavar porque no se le puede quitar todo lo electrónico para solo ponerla en la lavadora y ya pero que eso no te detenga. Vale mucho la pena; para las melómanas como yo esta máscara es un must have!La amo. Ahora que la conozco no puedo vivir sin ella.La batería sí le dura dos noches de descanso (hasta 20 horas). Los botones son de buena calidad también.
