Works well for chocolate fondue
Read a bazillion reviews before deciding on this model. I did heat the chocolate wafers with heavy whipping cream and a pinch of sea salt on the stove (stirring constantly) first then poured into the pot just before the party started. It stayed warm and fresh for about 4+ hours on lowest (#1) setting but I did keep watch as volume reduced to keep it from getting too hot and bubbling. Even reheated the chocolate in microwave the next day (then transferred to melting pot) and it was just as good.

Small and hot!
This fondue pot is great! But it gets really really hot, really really fast! We used it for chocolate and had to constantly check and change the temp. But it works great! Just keep an eye on it when you do sweets

Good value and gets hot enough for broth. Adjustable temperature. Difficult to wash because the electric part is built in although the cord detaches.

As for the product itself I was no able to use it. It came in the original box and the seal had been cut . When I pulled it out of the box it looked as if it had been used, the top was all scratched up and the pan itself had water spots all inside of it and one whole bottom piece was brokem and completely ripped off the pan. The forks were just thrown in there. Couldn’t believe this product was sent.
