So pretty 🤩
It was surprisingly hard to find a plain gold magsafe grip ring to match my gold iPhone 14 Pro. Everything I was finding was either rose gold, gold with a bunch of gaudy rhinestones, gold with another color, etc. I was looking for something simple and sleek, but luckily after a lot of digging I finally came across this one. I was excited since it looked perfect but a bit nervous too as there were no written reviews or pictures, just a 3.6 star rating with no context. I took my chances and I’m very happy that I did because I’m in love with this grip.My phone case is already magsafe compatible but it wasn’t super strong so I added one of the magnet rings that came in the package to the back of my case. This grip stays on my case so well now, it almost feels like it’s permanently attached! I can’t recommend this grip enough, I’m actually going to order a second one just in case since I had such a hard time finding a plain gold ring (who would have thought!) Anyway, I rarely leave reviews but I love this so much & since there weren’t any written reviews I felt like I needed to be the first to let others know that this is a must buy ☺️❤️*Update* – I’ve bought 3 of these as I love the way they look and always get so many compliments on my phone case/ring, but my one complaint is that the ring tends to get quite scratched within 6 months of use. I don’t know if I should just consider this regular wear and tear since I do use it everyday. 🤷🏼♀️ That’s the only con.

It will not support the weight of your phone with the magnet alone, simple as that. You must use the sticky sidw to stick the magnet to your phone to have a chance. It comes with a circle that is magnetic in one side and sticky on the other, the actual gold ring magnets to the sticker if that makes sense.With that being said, I’ve already dropped my phone several times and the gold ring will pop off most of the time, one time the whole sticky magnet came off too!But I can hold my phone and it stays on, basically just avoid high impact or aggressive shaking and it’ll stay off, it’s “good enough” but not 100% reliable.

Falls off easily.
Purchased twice. Lost twice. I like that it is pretty flat and nice looking but it has fallen off my MagSafe phone case both times I’ve purchased. I reached out to PureGear but was referred to their warranty page. After spending $40 on 2 products the replacement would cost another $12.95 s&h. Not worth it since I’m sure it will fall off again. Too bad love the design.After corresponding with customer service they are sending a replacement.

Not magnetic on outside
I replaced a different one I had…threw all packaging away until I realized it’s not magnetic like my other one… it won’t hook to my magnetic holder in car.
