You’ll play as a powerful Sage, summoning warriors from the Twig, Leaf, Droplet, and Pebble factions and fighting to prove your prowess. As the battle continues, you’ll level up and gain access to extraordinary abilities and fierce new recruits. Protect your Sage at all costs and vanquish your opponents to earn the title of Master of the Elements!
GLORY AWAITS THE MASTER OF THE ELEMENTS: Harness the magic of the forest and go head-to-head with your rivals to defeat their Sage while protecting your own! When the dust settles, the last Sage standing wins, earning the title of Master of the Elements!
PICK YOUR SAGE: To get started, pick the Sage that will represent you during the game! Each Sage comes from a different Elemental Faction (Pebble/Twig/Droplet/Leaf) and provides a unique strategic advantage.
GET IN FORMATION: On your turn, you get 4 Action Points (AP) to spend however you’d like! Use this as an opportunity to summon Elementals, command them to take action, reposition Elementals in your formation, draw a card, or take a Faction Action unique to your Sage!
UNLOCK FACTION ACTIONS: Each time you defeat an Elemental in your opponent’s formation, you’ll increase your level on your Sage Board. As your level rises, you’ll unlock up to 3 faction actions, each a powerful ability unique to your Sage!
SHOP THE MARKETS: Later during your turn, you’ll have the opportunity to use Gold you’ve accrued to shop the Command and Elemental Markets! It is here that you’ll be able to recruit new Elementals to your deck and purchase Command cards to increase your chances of offensive and defensive action on your future turns!
GAME END: When the dust settles… the last Sage standing wins the game, that means you must protect them at all costs!

Me and my buddy tried this out and had a blast. The mechanics aren’t too difficult to learn and the art on the cards are adorable. Unstable has found a new fan in me. The game is good quality for the price and with the expansions more fun can be found

Unstable Games really makes some of the best board games out there, and they do it consistently. I’m always worried when buying a new board game whether my friends or family will understand it and if so if they will enjoy it. This game was picked up quickly each time I played it, and made for a very enjoyable experience. I’d strongly recommend this to anybody who likes board games.

If you like doing proper Pokemon battles or any kind of card play come to that then you’re probably more suited to this. Only even numbers can play which is a shame because there’s 3 game players so one has to sit out. Took a while to get the hang of it! Not really for me but my son loves it.
