Great Basic PC
I purchased this because my Surface died and I don’t us a PC much anymore. It came with auto updates turned off and a recommendation to leave it off but naw. I turned it on and brought it fully up to date including windows security. It works great, performs well and a complete scan revealed no issues. Screen is large, bright and clear. Perfect for my needs.

Absolute junk
I’ve had good experience with Chinese tablets and this had good reviews so I got it. Waste of money and it will be returned.1. The power supply didn’t work. It reported it was charging but the battery kept drawing down. I did manage to charge it slowly with a Chromebook power supply.2. It wouldn’t install my browser of choice, Brave. Reported an unspecified error several times.3. Windows functions are very slow. It locked up during my first attempt to get my data off with a factory reset. Then it took about a half hour to restart the unit. Then, I tried a second factory reset. It’s in process a half hour in. The 3 photos chronicle that. Hopefully it succeeds.Ultimately, the third attempt for a factory reset succeeded after about 3 hours of trying and 2 fails.So this is going back and I’m getting a branded laptop.
